'Asleep' was painted from life in 2018. It is an intimate portrait of my children during their afternoon nap. It's inspired by Sorolla's painting 'Mother' of a mother with a newborn floating in a blissful sea of bed linen.
'Asleep' was exhibited at Mall Galleries in August 2018.
