Hi, my name is Paulina Kwietniewska and I am the hands & heart behind About Face Illustration.

I established About Face Illustration when on maternity leave with my first child in March 2016 and it became a full time job ever since. All artwork on this website has been created by me. I work in a variety of mediums, including watercolour, oils and ink.

I also enjoy analogue photography and alternative photographic processes like cyanotype.

Last year I became one of the emerging artists selected for In The Studio programme with The Mall Galleries in London, operated by the Federation of British Artists, a major visual arts charity established in 1961.

I spent many years living in London (before that I lived in Spain and Italy) and in 2019 I and my family moved back to Poland to be close to our beloved ones and have more time for art. UK shipping takes around 4 working days for all custom art and 5-7 working days for art prints.

If you'd like to know a bit more about myself, see a few links to interviews, articles and social media.
